The current bond information is available in "Bond Information" screen under "My Account" tab. You will also see current amount available in your bond in the “Place Bid” screen.
You will need proof of bond amount and that information will need to be sent to the Division of Forestry. We will have to make that change. Address is Div. Of Forestry, 402 W. Washington St., Room W296 Indianapolis, IN 46204.
You will not be able to bid. You will need to renew your Timber Buyer’s license and Agent Registration(s) and be sure that your bond to buy timber from state forests is still active and on file at the Division of Forestry’s office.
All bids placed by you are available in "My Bid History" screen under "My Account" tab. Find the sale you want to change and click on Edit button. Enter New Bid Amount and click on "Submit Bid" button. Your old bid will no longer be valid. You can also got to "My Bid History" by clicking on change bid button in “Place Bid” screen.
No one can see your bid until after the sale has concluded.
Go to "My Bid History" screen under "My Account" tab. Find the sale and click on "Withdraw" button. It will take you to the “Withdraw Submitted Bid” screen. Click on "Withdraw Bid" button. Your bid has been canceled.
